Refund Policy

Overview

SKA Digital LLC ("SKA Digital," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with your MarketSim experience. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may receive a refund for your license fee.

1. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date; and
  • You have not submitted decisions in any round of the simulation.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available if any of the following apply:

  • You have submitted decisions in one or more rounds of the simulation;
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase, regardless of usage;
  • Your account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Use.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@skadigital.xyz with:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address associated with your account;
  • Your reason for requesting a refund.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. For questions about a charge on your statement, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a simulation is cancelled by the instructor before completion, or a technical issue prevents you from using the Platform), we may issue refunds outside of the standard policy at our discretion. Contact us at support@skadigital.xyz to discuss your situation.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
