12 months from purchase. Your résumé and other documents stay in your account even after access lapses — the studio keeps opening them, viewable and read-only. We keep them for up to 2 years after your access ends unless you delete them sooner, which is the same retention period our privacy policy commits to. Editing, AI feedback and PDF export are what stop; renewing restores all three on the documents you already have.
Yes — by default. The ATS template is single-column, plain text, no images-of-text — the format recruiter applicant-tracking systems parse cleanly. Five designed templates (Modern, Minimal, Executive, Elegant Serif, and Technical) are also available for human readers, switchable per export.
Your document library and application tracker work on any device. The résumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn editors and the interview practice room are built for laptop and desktop screens (768px and up), so plan to do that work there.
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused — you have not generated or exported any document in the studio. After that, or once you have used it, the purchase is non-refundable.
